I don’t get any signal at peak times in my house and it’s been going on for years. Recently you state you have fixed my local mast but still it’s the same but only at peak times. I am getting very annoyed with the 02 Network. I am getting sick of being told the signal is good when it’s clearly not

Hi @Bullet
This isn't O2 you are talking to, it's a community forum made up of members like yourself.
Most networks have issues at peak times, so it's not unusual
You could download the My Network app and report issues through that
https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network
There's a community guide which may help...
https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/1014088
Other than that, you could think about changing networks, as long as you get a better signal with them at all times.

If it's been going on for years I have to ask why on earth you stuck with O2?
Me? I would have been off at the first sign of problems and certainy would not have taken a new contract with O2. Save any more stress and find a network that gives you signal at home, in your work place and the areas that you frequent the most.

@Bullet Make sure your phone is unlocked. If it isn't see this guide: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-SIM-card/ba-p/1...
Then get Pay & Go cards from the other networks to find which gives you the best coverage.
When you find the best one, ask for your PAC and leave O2: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-to-get-your-PAC-2017-Update/ba-p/1052278
