It’s taking money out my account I’ve already paid for this months airtime bill etc but it taken it out again an put me in overdraft. Getting ridiculous now

If you paid manually withing 5 days of the direct debit date it will still be taken as there is not enough time for the systems to register the payment.

The payment will remain on your account as credit for next month it get it returned under the DD indemnity guarantee.
