Been told of 3 advisors on 202 that the payment will be and has been processed and 8 days later still nothing. Rang 202 again and the advisor hung on me. Ridiculous, still non the wiser as to when and if the payment transfer will happen

It won't show on your MyO2 until your next bill is produced.

You can dig down into recent charges and it should show there if credited but it's not on the main bill page Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
