Pay disconnected bill

I was living in the UK and ended up having to return to my home country due to family reasons. I had a contract with o2 which has now come overdue and is needing payment. The bill is disconnected and won’t allow me to pay online. Is there a bank account that I am able to transfer funds to to cover the outstanding monies due?

It's almost certain that you will need to call. Once the phone has been disconnected they usually need to speak to you. Shame there was no direct debit in place.

Hi Ashley. I am in the same trouble. I have been got the disconnected bill which I cannot pay unfortunately in Poland, where I am staying currently (before I lived in England). I tried to make contact with any staff but alas everyone is busy at the moment. Would you mind please help me at any way with advice with this problem? I will be really thankful for your aim.
