I was able to buy things perfectly ok last month by using a 'charge to mobile service. I think it's provided by BOKU
I have paid my latest bill in full and on time. But i am no longer able to use the 'charge to mobile' service.
Does anyone know why? Do I have to unlock something within Settings? I've been searching everywhere and spoken with BOKU who have said the problem is with o2. Thanks

If not, has anything changed on your account since it was last used?

Thanks foe the replies.
Ive reported to o2 customer service and Still waiting to hear back. They said I'd reached my limit last month, however I can't see why/how that matters as the bill was paid in full. I'll see what they come back with
