Hello all, I am an O2 customer and have been using the pay as you go big bundles. My question concerns the renewal date. If I am unable to top up on the renewal date for this month (9th of Jan) because I don't have enough for that big bundle, what will happen? Will I still get the renewal once I have enough money to renew?

As soon as you top up next it will renew the bundle..

You DONOT need to contact Payment Management as they don't deal with PAYG

Hello @Riley_

Welcome to the Community.

You will need to contact payment management

here:

Late payment, difficult payments, help with paying
Looks like something you'd need to call O2's customer services team about -
give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Specific payment manage number 0800 902 0217
