I was wondering if all correspondence is now via email or if anything arrives in the post anymore?

You can request paper bills but you will be charged. I get a text and email re my bill. That's all I need. Everything is shown in My O2.

The contracts etc, will be via email when you start a contract. However, from thereon in, it will be paperless. If you have had that info already, they won't send by post.

You will be informed of your bill each month by text and email.

You will get a statement in the post every 12 months for your device plan payments until paid off.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
