I didn't realise when you tried to take out a device that payment was taken automatically. I tried to see if I'd get accepted for an Xbox and entered all information etc. A notification from my bank says they've taken £30 upfront cost already but I didn't complete the order cause we're still deciding if the device is needed.
Because I didn't complete the order, will I be refunded?

o2 dont have your money, your bank have ring fenced and depending on your bank, it will take 24hours to 10days for the funds to drop back into your account.
If it doesnt drop back after 10days you need to speak to your bank.
