Hi I paid for an accessory and money was taken out of bank but had no receipt for item and item showed as in stock and delivery date to a local store was accepted, but now I have received txt message saying item not available and will be notified of when item is back in stock. Also can’t track my order as it was an accessory.

You could also ring custtomer services and ask when the item will be back in stock @Anonymous

You should have had an option to cancel and refund on accessories. The joys of no live stock system....
