I'm 2 days trying to get my Pac Code again because the message I had with it I lost. I can't neither by message nor by calling support but I don't get the number. On the last call I was on hold for 30 minutes and nothing. Has anyone had this problem and know how to solve it?

You can get it by logging into myo2 and getting the code, otherwise you will need to call up, or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
