If you are contract then you can get it from online chat, otherwise it will be a phone call.

Online chat, you must be joking. Been waiting over an hour over the last two nights but cannot get connected. All I want to do is contact O2 as their upgrade is pathetic to get my code to transfer to Voda. How on earth do you contact this "communications" company?
