Can i get a PAC code from an o2 store or do i have to ring customer services?
o2 are changing my sim from a pay monthly to a pay as you go so i won't have any credit to call customer servies from my phone.
Thanks.

I read this as not needing a PAC if only changing to payandgo?

For what it's worth.... with the info given by the op...I read it that the PAC was a 'red herring' as they just appear to be swapping from O2 contract to payg...(as no other network was mentioned). However...until they come back, who knows for sure?

Now I'm even more confused. @jonsie may very well be correct. @Anonymous would you please come back to this post and clarify? Do you want a PAC because you're leaving O2 and want to go to another provider, or are you just switching from a Pay Monthly contract to Pay & Go?
