Hi there, I’m new to O2 as just changed from Sky and am getting a new phone tomorrow. My SIM card has arrived and I’ve got my PAC code from Sky to transfer my number over but was just wondering how to do this?

Thank you so much! I’m just a bit confused as I’ve already got my sim. I’ve got my PAC code but am unsure what the next step is. Who to send it too etc!
