Vote with your feet. Be off, I am. I'm fed up with price rises during contract period ( who says 4% over inflation is a just charge for the same service each year ). Then I get this rubbish at 2am making me wonder if I've been hacked and forced to look into it before getting back to sleep. Terrible bot service ensued. Hardly spending the 14% price rise this year on customer service are they.... O2 can stick it

All the details on how to leave are here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

Good luck in finding a network that doesnt make mistakes, and has customer services at 2am, and doesnt do price increases

Thanks for the good luck. Worked already...

And it's not about no price increases it's about no increase during the contract period... and not assuming your service is worth an extra 4% year-on-year! Wake up people...

Well, I haven't had a price rise on O2 for 2 years, but I know how to play the system.

In truth, I'm paying less now than 5 years ago.

If you want to get away from in contract price rises you will need to go with one of the MNVO's that don't. No major network offers what you want.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
