Solved: Over 18 resteictionrestriction

Since Sunday I've tried to get the over 18 restriction removed from my phone. I'm an Ann summers ambassador and I need the site for my business. You're affecting my sales and creating extra work. The staff have been unhelpful and 2 ended live chat. One sent in the wrong form and one was downright rude!! This matter needs resolving. If I needed restrictions placing on my account I would add them myself!!!

Hi @Janemillion, did you manage to get the restriction removed in the end? Sorry to hear that you had trouble with it earlier. Please do let us know if you managed to do this or if you're still stuck?
