i hope someone can help me. I’ve purchased an item and now the item is out of stock and I don’t have a date when it will be in stock. I can’t seem to be able to speak to customer service about this, live chat not available and can’t get through the waiting time !! Help

Sadly O2 don't have a real time stock system so it happens quite a lot where items show as in stock but when ordered the customer receives an out of stock message
