has there ever been a solution to this I am having the same problem no matter what email I use it says invalid

No solution at all.
Suspicion is that service has been withdrawn.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

Surely if someone was trying to fix this it would be working by now?

It's been over half a year since it was reported.

Is this a usual timeframe for o2 fixes?
