Hi @Anonymous Have you received any emails with links to accept the terms & conditions? You won’t get your phone update in your myo2 until you get a dispatch email from o2

You'd be advised to call customer services to check as we've got someone currently who's just found out they've been declined but not told until they chased O2.

This is the thread I was referring to - all emails received and all looks good https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly/Deposit-paid/m-p/1107936
I'm not wanting to worry you, I just want you to check to be sure what's happening.

I didn't have to print and sign anything for an online order I did around 1 year ago.
It was all just an electronic acceptance by clicking links in the emails.

Unless it's changed, there is nothing for you to return.
The emails form part of your contractual agreement with O2 so should be read carefully as clicking the links as requested confirms your agreement.
