Ordered my phone Friday

I ordered my phone Friday but had an email saying they was saving the purchase Saturday so then I pressed the order button Saturday and I called them to say I won’t be in Friday Saturday for them to deliver it and my phone im using now is falling part and when I called someone they said it was supported to come today ( Monday 6th February) or tomorrow ( Tuesday 7th February) still haven’t got a delivery tracking order and can’t log into my o2 account app as it wouldn’t let me this is my first time with o2

You need to contact Sales

you can call them on 0800 081 0255

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
