Ordered but no email, or confirmation.

I ordered a device 2-3 days ago however I have still not received any email or messages regarding my order. What does this mean? Has my order gone through, or will I have to ring in o2, if so what number?

Best to ring I think, it could be a hold up with stock or credit approval.

The numbers are all in "Contact us" at the foot of the page.

Let us know how you get on.

Hi confusion,

I'm in the same situation as you - ordered my new phone on Wednesday, and still no email or delivery. It took me a while to get there, but in the end I managed to get customer services on 08448 090202 (although it cost 35p/min from my 02 pag phone). Spoke to 3 different people, who told me 3 completely different things, but the last person I spoke to told me the handset I'd ordered (samsung galaxy S3 mini, in blue) was out of stock - and they have absolutely no idea when they'll be available again. Suppose it's just a case of wait and see.... *resists the urge to rant about poor customer service* Give them a bell and see what they say. Good luck!

Oh yay. I've ordered the white version - and had a bit of the same issue. Had no email confirmation, so had to speak to them to see when I would get an email. Turns out the order hadn't gone through. Do you think the white will be out of stock too? How long after ordering did you ring?
