Ordered a phone

I ordered a phone which should be delivered by tomorrow as i bought it with mobiles.co.uk and i would like to keep the same number that i have on my previous phone but i am unsure on how to do this i have my pac number but dont know what to do

Who was your previous deal with (o2, 3, EE, etc)?
If your old phone was with o2, then you just need to call customer services (202) when your new one arrives and ask them to transfer the number (assuming you have completed the minimum term).
If one of the others then you will need to follow the PAC process as outlined above...

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
