Ordered Airpod Max

Hi. I have ordered an Airpod Max via monthly repayments. I've been charged the upfront and also received the email for my contract however that was all about it. I am unable to take hold of O2 support via phone call and I'm not sure if I am still waiting for any item to be received. I checked my order in my account and there is no order being processed or whatsoever.

Best thing to do is talk to the Sales Team if you message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
