Ordered Air Pods on pay monthly but not sure if it's gone through?

Hi all,

I ordered some airpods early last friday on a pay monthly over 12 months. It's now wednesday and I'm unsure if the credit check went through, or if the order worked, or anything. Received 3 emails with including a loan agreement, a legal document, and one with my order, then finally a 4th saying my order was received.

I've gone through and clicked all the links which I read is what to do, but my order is still at the processing stage online and I can't find out anything else about it- called in-between meetings at work today but couldn't pin point the direction of the help I was after etc.

Just a bit frustrating, I'm not bothered about it taking a few days to go through but I'd just like some clarity which I've been unable to get, and from researching it seems others have had similar issues before.

Basically just wondering if this is normal etc

@roboraccoon

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
