I made an order from o2 3 days ago and I have not received the package so far. What is to be done? I called customer service and was told that one to come but nothing. I went to ask the "Uk mail" and there was a message from O2 "stop delivery, come back the parcel". What happened? Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous You have to contact customer services Until you receive the phone it is their responsibility

Also...only CS can tell you if they have stopped or made changes to the order

Seems like phone has been recalled for some reason - Maybe credit check, who knows....?
Call cs for help.

Can they really cancel an order already dispatched for something like a credit check? Surely they would all be done before shipping.
