Hi,
I placed an order yesterday and received an order confirmation that it will be delivered today with a tracking number. I want to track it (going out later today) but cannot find either online or in the app where I can track it. It says go to My Orders to track your device but I cannot see anywhere either online or in the app to enter a tracking number. Can anyone help or post a link? Thanks X

Hi @Anonymous Basically you will get an email once it's dispatched. Order tracking will then be available

You can then track it via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

On the device tab in your MyO2, scroll down to where you see "Recent Orders"

You can see it on your pc as I don't think that you can get my orders on the app version

@AnonymousAs I said earlier, you wont see anything in Recent Orders...until the phone has been dispatched.

Or it hasn't been dispatched yet.... or worse case scenario... it could be out of stock (despite what it was showing on website) It's a bit of a lottery but best of luck though...:smileywink:
