I'm not with 02 but I tried to order a charger anyway. After checking out I got an error page saying something went wrong and to call 202 or another number that doesn't even work to join O2 and complete my order. At this point I want to cancel my order but I can't get in touch. The order is not even in my account history. What do I do?

You need to contact O2.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
