Anyone else having issues with ordering online? I've been trying several times within the past 24 hours to order a new phone as part of my contract upgrade and just when I get close to confirming payment, the screen states Order Submission Fail.
I can't go into my local store to order as the phone I'm looking to get is not in stock there. Even trying to start the process of ordering again is impossible as it just takes me back to the failed checkout page whenever I log in.
Called customer service and was advised that the system was down - any idea when it'll be back up?!

The Samsung S8 is ready for preorder. This is probably why the system is glitching. Not sure why, when you spoke to CS you didn't order the phone then? Try again tomorrow.....if still not working then call customer services and place the order with them..
