I ordered phone and plan with O2 last week they took 30 pounds upfront and after nobody said anything now I don't know to wait for this phone or not that 30£ they will give me back or no how long I have to wait please send me back money and I will Apley for phone with EE,3 tree or Vodafone

Check if the payment is complete or pending with your bank. If pending, O2 don't have your money.
