never had an issue in previous years with things on the site, but this last few months there seems to be probs galore.  ive ordered something well over a month ago now and no sign of it even when customer services have said it was waiting for dispatch... no sign nearly 3 weeks later

 

come on o2 ive been a customer for well over 10 years... since the name change in fact... sort it out
