I have received a text which has come through on the same message string as my normal confirmation of my bill. It is saying that my order has gone through and I can track progress.
I haven't made an order, please can you confirm this is an error?

It's just a notification that gets sent by the system when O2 move you to the new billing system.
Nothing to worry about.
