Order Confirmation

So I ordered an phone earlier today on pay monthly and selected collect from store at the delivery stage. I have received the legal document emails but haven't received a confirmation email that contains my collection reference so I can pick up my device. Could there be a problem stopping them from sending me the email? Nothing is showing up in MyO2.

I would think if the email comes in....it will be tomorrow.  As said check My O2 tomorrow if not then ring CS. 202 for contract 4445 payg They will give you confirmation

You probably won't get that email until the phone is delivered to the store.

The only links in the emails were the legal document pdfs and one to read the terms and conditions for pay monthly.

Clicking on the links means you have accepted the terms and condition so you should get the confirmation email.

So I woke up to no email. They took my order number and then re-sent the order cinfirmation email. Everything is sorted. Thanks guys.
