I ordered a pay as you go mobile yesterday but at the end, received an error message.
I received a PayPal email stating that it would take the money once confirmed but haven’t received a confirmation email regarding the order and it’s not showing up on my o2 account.
I’ve tried finding the right customer service number but struggling, which number is best to call?
I just need to know if the order has gone through or not
any help is appreciated thank you
