Have they stopped the online chat??

my SIM card doesn’t seem to be working and obviously because of this I can’t phone customer services.

The services a lately seem to be shocking just for something so simple

@Sharpy532000

Chat is in the support tab of the MyO2 app if you can access it.

If not, there is social media.

Details here Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Quickest way to get a new sim is to go instore with ID.

Or use social media in this link Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Problem now is the card you have now may well be disconnected when the replacement is sent out.

Best go to an O2 store with photo ID

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
