Have just moved over to o2 business from T Mobile business. Am I right in thinking that the the only online bills that I have access to are for previous months usage and that there is no way of seeing what calls and data I have made since my last bill.
I dont have a business account with o2. But all o2 contract customers can see all previous bills and every thing normally 4 hours of making. So i can see any sms and calls made about 4 hours ago. Data is a 24 hour cycle, but recently this is being updated quickly too. Have u been in touch with o2 businner care and asked them ?

It seems to be available to consumer customers but not to business customers and I was wondering if there were any business customers who could confirm this. I guess its yet another call to customer services.

Thankyou for confirming my suspicions. I guess it's my own fault for not checking before I switched, but having had the ability to do this for the past 3 years on my T mobile Business account it never occurred to me that o2 would still be in the steam age regarding this very basic requirement.
