HELLO. I applied for keeping my old number , o2 said is easy and this may take up to 24 hours. Today is 5th day and I am still waiting for my old number which is not active 🤔

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

The process depends on where (or rather, with who) the old number is.
If you are moving from one o2 deal to another, you need to MIGRATE your number.
If you are moving from a different company (like EE or Vodafone) then you need to PORT your number.
