@gmarkj I did have a Samsung Smartthings hub (got returned as faulty) which was of some use and the flood sensor and plugs do work but the issue I found with the plugs is they are only supported by the old Samsung classic app, the new smartthings app finds them but cannot determine the status of them which means they cannot be used for automation routines.
At the moment everything (including cameras) are just on the floor while I consider options and whats best to do. Haven't yet found an option that covers all bases, each one I look at does elements.
Camera integration seams to be an area of struggle for all options.
