After a difficult back and forth, o2 have agreed to refund me for six months of overcharging. However i just received a message saying the amount is refunded in credit and will show up on my next bill. Im confused because there is no money in my account despite customer service asking me for my bank details and assuring me it will be repaid to my account. Is it just slow or havr they done something different?

Usually credit process is quick, I had a refund for a mis-charged call within minutes on my account, via Social Media CS agents, and could have withdrawn that to my bank or card had I wished, via the MyO2 app @essarr

If your amount is large, manager approval within O2 may be the reason for the hold-up. Guide: How to find help & contact O2 has the X and Messenger links to use for the Social Media team, ping them and see if they can clarify in the morning. Give them a reminder if necessary. Good luck.
