I am on the sim only 100gb tarrif and have both the o2 travel and also the inclusive zone bolt on. Just landed in the USA and received a text saying Im on o2 travel and will cost 4.99 a day, where it should be free with my inclusive zone bolt on? Just wondering if anyone had the same problem and if O2 actually charges you?

Thanks

Travel inclusive should override the regular travel bolt on.

As long as it's showing active in your MyO2 it will be ok.

Travel inclusive bolt-on blurb here backs up what @MI5 wrote, so long as you are on one of the applicable 20GB or higher Sim-only packages - with some constraints re fair usage.

That will just be a generic text sent on arrival to countries outide the EU which are covered by O2 Travel. As said, O2 Travel Inclusive will automatically kick in if it shows as a bolt on in My O2.
