Hi,
I have recently avail O2’s apple watch for click and collect;however, I wouldn’t be able to collect it personally and no one is available to collect on my behalf. They said that they can hold the item for 7days, after that if not collected they will cancel it. Is there a way to contact them to extend it? Thanks for the help in advance

I'd suggest the best way would be to call the store and explain the issue.
If you give them a date that you can collect, they should hold it for you.
