I've lost my phone. I pay you monthly for the insurance. So why aren't the contact details on your website???
You claim to be customer focussed but this website is nothing but a sales site. "Help" would be an insurance link n the home page for your customers who are in trouble.
How do I contact the insurers to get a replacement phone?

Hi @Anonymous
This is a customer to customer forum.
As your phone is insured by O2....you need to find your policy and contact them on the number given (on the policy)

I find it strange how people are quick to blame the website when something is easy to find @Cleoriff
Granted it's not the easiest to navigate and it has many faults and links which need updating but it would have taken longer to write the post than actually finding the insurance help page.

So would it be that hard to put a link at the bottom of the home page under customer support ?
There is how to contact us and how to complain !
Instead of searching for this a quick link would help.
