O2 sending out empty packages

O2 have sending out empty parcels with just fliers in them, while charging me (and many others). O2 customer service is so bad it is hard to find someone to talk to, to get a refund, as it is they have stolen my money  - please help!

Calm your horses.. No one has stolen your Money, o2 have explained that the buds are on back order and will be sent out when they are available and the flyer is just something they are sending out so people can claim the cashback.

Many thanks for your reply. But this is really not ok, I was provided no information about the items not being in stock, or that they were just sending out flyers (that you don't need) the guys in the shop where I went to pick it up were baffled as well. I spent time and money to pick up the empty parcel, and as far as I am aware you can't even claim with the flyer - you need SN and photo of the item.  I just wanted to cancel now and you can't do anything on the website and it is extremely difficult to contact anyone at o2 to do this.
