O2 ruined my life

Someone with similar as my name and some other address purchased from O2 a year ago. He did not pay. O2 referred to Lowell who linked that address to my credit report. Now when my Mortgage was refused just bec of linked address I found out about the matter. O2 responsible for this. They must communicate with my credit agency immediately and clear my record. I have suffered just because of O2 and its partner Lowell.

Just to add from own experience of this with Vodafone, who linked me to an address 300 miles away..

They dont just link people to an address unless more than name and address match.

I had to prove that i had never lived there.
