I recently recieved a £20 voucher for Amazon from O2 pay and go rewards instead of £20 credit and I have just attempted three times to apply this to my amazon account without success.
It keeps telling me that there is something wrong with the code I have recieved.
There was a problem with redeeming your gift certificate
There's something wrong with the gift certificate claim code you entered. Please check for transposed digits, omitted digits, and similar errors. Don't worry, this is not case sensitive.
The certificate has an expiry date of 2016 and the site isn't telling me it has already been claimed.
I tried to contact 02 rewards and they are only available until 6pm.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Customer Services re opens tomorrow.

Thank you!
I had an online chat through the link you gave and was directed to ask Amazon.
Amazon tell me the card has never actually been activated!
So I will need to call the rewards team when they open tomorrow as they will have to do that!
Hopefully they can do something!
