O2 recycle not paying

Having great difficulty obtaining agreed payment for my old phone from O2 recycle. Sent my phone to them in Dec last year and they agreed to pay just over £512 but have yet to see a penny....

You can email them at info@o2recycle.co.uk, or call us on 0345 505 0202. Please include your O2 Recycle order number, if you have one, and the team will get back to you within 24 hours. O2 Recycle customer services are open Monday-Friday 9am-8pm and Saturday 9am-5pm.
