O2 recycle extra £100

so my s20 ultra finally showed up after being nearly a month late. I've sent my old phone to O2 recycle, and only got the amount for the phone, not the additional 100 promised if you ordered the s20. I know this has since been withdrawn as O2 recycle has closed, but I ordered the phone before this? So surely am still owed the extra £100. I wouldn't have otherwise sold my phone to them. Has anyone else had an issue getting the offer?

This has been commented on before. Only customer service can amend this for you @Danni768 

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

I've tried to get through to O2 but the call automatically cuts off, so looks like there's nothing I can do currently
