Hi has anyone ever asked for a recording of their telephone conversation with o2. They've given me a sim only package I didn't ask for.  Thank you

I believe that they will listen to it if requested,  certainly in the case of a complaint , though just whether they will supply a copy I'm not sure.

O2 will listen to the recording if available to determine what was requested and agreed on the call, but I've never known them allow the customer a copy with a legal request for it.
You first point of contact should be with customer services and then escalated to complaints if CS don't resolve it for you.
