Hi back in march my priority tickets account became suspended. I have made numerous phone calls both to the O2 customers services, ticket master( suggested by customer service O2) all to no avail. I have e mailed various times to different address's. and still it remains suspended.
Please can someone who actually knows what the problem is and indeed who owns this service reply to me so I can take the necessary steps to get this issue resolved finally.

You were given the wrong information by CS, if they can't help you try a private message to Toby who may be able to sort it out for you.
