hello @Anonymous, welcome to the O2 community!
All fixed? Please let us know
From O2 Priority website If the Priority Moments map is wrong:
- Check your GPS is switched on in your settings
- Your phone could be using its last location while it finds you. Give it a minute and it should jump to your current location
- If you're inside a building, it might have trouble finding your exact location
- If you're on the move, it can take a little while to catch up
- To switch off location data, toggle the Location switch in your settings
