I have cashed in my rewards to purchase some gig tickets, when i try and redeem them i keep getting

 

 

"We were unable to process your Gift Card due to a technical error. Please try again ensuring your Gift Card details are entered correctly, or select a different method of payment."

 

I have checked the code multiple times to no avail ???    Please help..

Found the problem i think . i have been given a Ticketmaster 4 digit code . O2 prioraty seems to only acsept a 3 digit.. Does this meen i can only ise my voucher when tickets go on general sale??
