I applied for o2 open work discount on Tuesday afternoon it says on it it can take up to 3 days to check my payslip but had no email back it is very frustrating as I have had nothing but problems with o2 disregarding my documents for name change also that has now been resolved after more than 7 days of waiting. I needed this done before adding my discount as my payslip for o2 open discount is in my married name!
this should have been resolved by now surely so I can go on and activate my discount. O2 had to deal with my previous complaint I.e name changing taking more than 7 days to complete had actually gave me £10 on my account as good will gesture, which was highly appreciated but I don’t want to have to contact again due to another fault of o2 overlooking documents!
